Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

At Jayaram Cards, we are committed to delivering your wedding invitations accurately, on time, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing Timeline:

Design Sharing: We provide the card design and layout within 2 working days after receiving all required content.

Printing: Printing begins only after your approval of the design.

Dispatch: Cards are dispatched within 5–7 working days from the start of printing.

Express Delivery:
For urgent requirements, express delivery is available at an additional charge. Please contact our customer service team for details and assistance.

We will keep you informed at every stage—from design approval to dispatch—so you can track your order with confidence.
